wrist Assessment

*Assessing flexibility of the forearm muscles and wrist, not achieving a 2-3 is not advisable for flat on the floor based exercises (push ups, crawls, burpees, etc.)

3- Palms stay firmly pressed together and wrists are able to pass beyond 90 degrees (wrists can lower below elbows)

2- Palms stay firmly pressed together and are able to get to 90 degrees (wrists in line with elbows)

1- Wrists unable to stay pressed together and wrists cannot get to 90 degrees.
