ABOUT KOR

KO Recovery was created for two big reasons. The first is a realization of a massive need for people to simply feel better. With chronic pain, stress and busy lifestyles, never has it been more difficult to take care of our bodies. Also, with such a focus being put on high intensity training, spartan races, heavy strength training and Crossfit style workouts, it’s easy to forget about the recovery necessary to continue enjoying our active lifestyles. KOR exists to help people learn simple ways to help themselves move and feel better with just a few minutes a day.

The second reason is that healthy movement and taking care of ourselves shouldn’t have to be such a complicated chore. It can be daunting to think of all the things you could or should be doing to stay healthy and oftentimes, people barely have enough time to exercise, let alone spending time towards injury prevention. This website is meant to serve as a tool to get people moving through stretching and mobility exercises and and to show that it doesn’t have to be as complicated as you might think.

It is the mission of KOR to serve as a reliable, easy to use source to everyones movement and recovery needs. With so many things demanding time, attention and effort, KOR is to serve as a resource that is affordable, convenient and most importantly, effective. Members of this site will benefit from a library full of dozens of stretches and mobility drills, stretching tips, weekly movement flows and routines, discounts for 1-1 FST sessions and ongoing support from your very own stretch therapist.

“Man When I come off the Table post-workout after FST with Kody, I feel like a million Bucks. ”

— Drew Brees, NFL QB and Future HOF
