Active Straight Leg Raise

*Assessing tightness and active mobility of the hamstrings as well as the bracing and strength of core and opposite hip.

3- Ankle bone of the lifted leg is able to get past mid thigh landmark, knee is kept straight, non-moving limb stays neutral and straight

2- Ankle bone of the lifted leg is able to get between mid thigh landmark and the kneecap, non-moving limb stays still and neutral

1- Ankle bone of lifted leg is unable to get past kneecap of opposite leg, non-moving limb stays still and neutral
