Myofascial release is a fancy way of saying you’re putting the right pressure on the right spots.

Nearly everyone has troublesome areas that feel knotted up or are tender to the touch and may inhibit proper movement. While stretching is often a great solution to these type of pain points, sometimes some good old fashioned pressure or massage to the area can work wonders and even make stretching more beneficial!
