Hip Rotation

*Assessing glutes, joint capsule and rotator muscles of the hip in both internal and external rotation.

Hip Internal Rotation

3- Body remains still and shin is able to rotate out 25+ degrees

2- Body remains still and shin is able to rotate out 15-25 degrees

1- Body lean is visible and shin is able to rotate out less than 15 degrees

Hip External Rotation

3- Body remains still and shin is able to rotate in, 25+ degrees

2- Body remains still and shin is able to rotate between 15-25 degrees

1- Body lean is visible and shin is able to rotate less than 15 degrees
