*Aim to do 10 reps/side or 20 reps total, 2-3 times per day

*If the stretch does not involve an actual rep, perform minimum of 10 deep breaths

*Note if there is stretch in calf (more stretching) or if there is a hard stop or locked ankle (more banded ankle stretches)
