*Use it to get ideas! Neither stretch is necessarily better or worse than the next, simply different. Use them for variety!
*Only choose 1-2 new exercises at a time to try out. Add them in your warm ups, your cool downs, before bed or anywhere in between!
*Listen to your body. If something feels painful or you are unable to relax and breathe deeply, that stretch is not serving it’s purpose
